All of our magnetic coding software comply with EIA422 standards and implement full differential coding connections and screen cables to ensure the best possible noise immunity. With a precision of 0.5um and a precision of up to 5um, they can easily match the optical scales of most CNC, automation and CNC machine tools applications. Our linear magnetic coding uses precision magnetic tape either 1mm, 2mm or 5mm thick depending on the desired level of performance. The tape is made of a coded nitrile rubber material linked with a stainless steel tape with an additional stainless steel cover. This combination does not require optical sensing and is therefore liquid and dustless, making it ideal for machine tool applications, automation, and manufacturing.
